i am so frustrated with the stupidity and inflexibility of some people in a certain organisation. do they know how their inconsequential decisions have such a huge impact on my life? i guess not. do they care? well i dont suppose they can. organisations wouldnt be able to function if they cared about every single one of their employees little problems. its not practical. sigh
