what an unproductive day this has been. *jon slaps himself*
oh well here's the interesting thought of the day, it occured to me just now as i was filling my doggies' waterbowl:
they are actually pretty good at drinking water! wooOOOoooOoo!
haha i just never conciously fathomed how they actually get water in them when all they appear to do is aimlessly splash their tongues around. I mean we POUR water down our throats. seems a lot more effective doesnt it?
judging by the rate the bowl empties (very fast) id have to say no haha. remember watching a documentry on how their tongues act as 'spoons', but it all looks very 'luan' to me. quite amazing.
even more amazing are my cats. they're so neat and delicate the way they lap at the water, so their tongues really must act like spoons! not like the dogs where it seems they get 70% of their water from all that splashing and only 30% from the so-called 'spoon' effect.
ok should stop wasting my time thinking about pointless stuff haha bye!~
